I found one thread that said you had to use the same installation method as the original - which for my case would be the physical Disc. They advised me to come to the forms to look for answers. Two adobe Chat Agents also confirmed my serial number does have Adobe Acrobat X Pro.
But when I went to input my serial number it would tell me my serial number is invalid, even though its the serial number that all of my Adobe Suite is working just fine on. I uninstalled and reinstalled, downloading from Adobe's website. I have CS6 Master Collection, but a few months ago my Acrobat X Pro stopped working (would not open).
